Digi Align – Client Services Agreement

Digi Align agrees to deliver the Legal Growth Engine™ – 90-Day Growth Accelerator Program, which includes:

FirmBuilder Blueprint™ – tailored 90-day marketing strategy
ClientFlow Ads™ – Meta ad campaign creation, management & optimisation
Organic Authority Engine™ – SEO optimisation, content publishing, Google Business Profile management
ConsultCare Follow-Up – CRM setup, automation workflows & lead follow-up systems
CaseFit Screening – lead qualification workflows
Booked & Backed – automated booking, reminders, and no-show recovery

Bonuses:

Exact deliverables may be outlined in the onboarding plan.

The Client agrees to:

Provide necessary access (ad accounts, website, domain, social accounts, analytics tools) in a timely manner.
Supply requested content, brand assets, or approvals without undue delay.
Respond to communications promptly to avoid project delays.
Comply with advertising and professional rules (e.g., LSRA guidelines for solicitors).

Fees are payable in advance via Stripe (card, direct debit, or bank transfer).
Ad spend (Meta) is paid directly by the Client to the platform and is not included in service fees.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

This Agreement starts on the onboarding date and continues for 90 days minimum.
After 90 days, services may continue month-to-month at agreed rates, unless terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
Digi Align may terminate immediately if the Client fails to pay, breaches obligations, or engages in unlawful practices.

Both parties will keep confidential all sensitive business, financial, and client data.
Digi Align complies with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
Client data will only be processed for service delivery purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Digi Align is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding any claim.

All creative assets, including ad copy, campaigns, landing pages, workflows, automations, and AI agents, remain the property of Digi Align.
The Client is granted a licence to use these materials for their business while working with Digi Align and after full payment of fees.
Digi Align reserves the right to remove or disable access to any hosted systems or software (e.g., CRM, AI agents) if services are terminated.
The Client retains ownership of their own accounts (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics, website) and any data generated from campaigns.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

This Agreement, together with the onboarding proposal, represents the full understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
